Prices

Unstamped Translations

Our prices take into account the number of words in your document, the combination of languages required as well as the technicality. The size of your order may be reduced in proportion.

Transmitting files not requiring sworn translation:
For these types of documents communication and exchange by e-mail or fax is possible. So your translation will be sent to you in the same format as it was received in or - in default – in WORD format.

Sworn Translations

When the translation of a document is for an administration (birth certificates, diplomas…), litigation or international use, it must be translated and sworn by a sworn translator, accepted as an expert by the court of appeal. In this case you must supply the originals of the document.
The sworn translator translates and then stamps it with his stamp and writes his signature, the date and the ne varietur n°.

Delivering originals needing a translation by a sworn translator:
You can post them to us by simple or recorded delivery. Include a stamped and addressed envelope or add to your payment the amount needed to pay for the return of your documents by recorded delivery.
